 Dawn L. Hassell, Esq.
Ms. Hassell founded the law firm and is the lead attorney of the law firm's litigation practice. Ms. Hassell has the distinction of having a 100% success rate in trials and arbitrations alike. At 34, Ms. Hassell was one of the youngest members to have been elected to the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Trial Lawyer's Association, and has continued to serve on that board since 2002. In 2007 an attorney who opposed her in a case nominated her as a Northern California Super Lawyer. She has received nominations for a number of other awards for outstanding achievements in her cases including the 2008 Street Fighter of the Year Award offered by the Consumer Attorneys of California, and was a 2008 and 2009 nominee for the Civil Justice Award offered by the San Francisco Trial Lawyer's Association. She has lectured on bicycles and the law at Stanford Law School, NASA Ames Research Center, Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition and Peninsula Bicycle Coalition. She has published several articles on trials, an article on a difficult wrongful death case she prevailed on, and an article on elder abuse. She lectured as a panelist on civil discovery in litigation for the Continuing Education of the Bar. She has moderated MCLE panels on women owned law firms, legal marketing for women in the law, and spoken on numerous other panels for the San Francisco Trial Lawyer's Association. Prior to her career in law, she worked in New York as business director and manager in the corporate sector. Ms. Hassell obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the prestigious University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Binghamton University in New York, finishing in the top 1% of her undergraduate class.
 Judith Graziano, Esq. (Of Counsel)
Ms. Graziano is a senior attorney at the law firm and has been practicing
law for more than 10 years. She is a member of the California Bar, and the
San Francisco Trial Lawyer's Association. For over 10 years, Ms. Graziano
has successfully represented plaintiffs in catastrophic accident cases at
some of the most prominent law firms in the Bay Area with case values
exceeding $1 million. Prior to joining the Hassell Law Group she worked at
The Veen firm and The Law Offices of Joseph Carcione, Jr. Ms. Graziano is
involved in litigating cases involving serious accidents and injuries for
The Hassell Law Group. She has litigated a substantial number of
construction site accident and product liability cases and is also
experienced in the dual representation of clients in civil and workers
compensation cases. Ms. Graziano is a Phi Kappa Phi undergraduate, and a
California native. She has been a member of the California Bar since 1999.
 Grace Ho, Esq.
Grace Ho is an associate attorney with The Hassell Law Group and a member of the California State Bar. Grace obtained her undergraduate degree at Yale University. She then completed her Juris Doctorate degree at the University of San Francisco, School of Law. Grace has been with the law firm since 2005. In 2009, Grace second chaired a pedestrian versus motor-vehicle accident trial in which State Farm offered $0 to settle in San Mateo County Superior Court. She successfully obtained a $247,020.18 jury verdict for our client, the pedestrian, in that case. In 2008, Grace won a trial de novo in San Mateo County Superior Court on an auto accident case. She has assisted many clients in obtaining favorable court judgments on their cases in multiple counties. Grace has assisted clients at the firm in court hearings and with legal matters including all kinds of accidents, employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and severance package negotiations. Grace works directly with clients on their cases, assists them in the claims process, and is involved in all aspects of litigation at the law firm. She works closely with insurance companies and employers to resolve disputes for clients. Grace has strong legal research and writing ability on liability and damages issues. Grace has also represented clients successfully at a number of mediations. Grace is conversational in Cantonese.
 Kathryn Tanner, Esq
Kathryn Tanner is an associate attorney with the law firm and a member of the California State Bar. She is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was an editor of the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. She also participated in the Civil Justice Mediation Clinic, where she worked as a mediator in San Francisco small claims court. Kathryn earned a B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Nevada, where she double-majored in Economics and Journalism and was a staff writer for the University’s newspaper. Kathryn has been with the firm since January 2007. Kathryn has assisted many clients in obtaining favorable court judgments on their cases. She assists in every aspect of the law firm's practice, including meeting with clients, negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel, attending mediations and settlement conferences, working on discovery, and attending court hearings on behalf of clients.
 Aileen Pang, Esq
Aileen Pang is an associate attorney with the law firm and a member of the California State Bar. She is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she double-majored in Psychology and Sociology. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, graduating in the top 25% of her class. Aileen was the Comments Editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review. During Aileen’s juris doctorate studies, she received numerous prestigious CALI Awards, which is awarded to the student who earned the top grade, in the following classes: Civil Procedure I, Corporate Taxation, and Family Wealth Transfer Taxation. Aileen works extensively on personal injury and employment cases at the law firm. She regularly writes settlement demand letters, negotiates with insurance companies and defense counsel, and works on cases in litigation. Aileen is conversational in Cantonese.
